Dear Career Seeker, 

Hi! I’m Jen Martin, your virtual BFF, and Instant Teams Digital Marketing Strategist and proud military spouse of 18 years, checking in from my new remote office in Kentucky!

My family and I just wrapped up our 7th PCS move from NC to KY. After nearly two decades of military life, I've got this down to a science. But here's the game-change that has mattered most: my Instant Teams job moved with me! No career interruption, just a change of scenery.

Whether you're a fellow military spouse, a moving pro, or just love the idea of working from anywhere, remote work is the real MVP. It's pretty amazing that I was able to unpack boxes in a new state while never missing a meeting. As a military spouse, having to start over frequently in new locations can be hard, that’s why one of my favorite things I love about Instant Teams (other than being remote), is the continuity that it brings to my life. Even though I may be the new face in town, I know that I can always sign-on for work and see a friendly coworker's face from the comfort of my home.
